These prices are inclusive of Accommodation, full English breakfast and V.A.T @ 17.5% for two people sharing per night. Excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter and other specified dates.
Dinner, Accommodation and Breakfast rates are available for 3 nights or more.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome.
All bedrooms are en-suite (either bath or shower) and offer a refreshment tray, direct dial telephone access with internet access and remote control television. Rooms are usually available from 2pm on the day of arrival, please contact us if an earlier time is required. We request that the room is vacated by 10.45am on the day of departure.
Deposit and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person is required at the time of booking.We reserve the right in the event of cancellation within 14 days to charge 75% of the total charge, 7 days or less will be at the full charge. If the accommodation can be re-let on your behalf the amount will be credited.
